Landmark Report

Landmark Report.com is what it advertises a showcase for the next generation of media. It is the brainchild of conservative activist and blogger Andrew Lawton Knowing his background from the successful blog strictly right.com this makes me enthusiastic to see what this project turns into. Furthermore the basic layout of the website is clean and very easy to navigate. It’s still early days but this website has a lot of potential.

Ontario Tories Respond to the Working Families Coalition

From CTV

Conservative campaign manager Mark Spiro says the party is launching a complaint about the ads with the Television Bureau of Canada.

He says the ads — funded by a group that has ties to the Liberal party — violate television advertising guidelines.

He says the party has also launched a new website — www.truthabouttimhudak.com — to counter allegations made against Hudak in the lead-up to the Oct. 6 election.

It is Good to see this time the Ontario PC Party is pulling no punches against defamatory statements spread by the Liberal friendly working families coalition.

Smart meters = tax grab

From London Free Press

Calling smart meters a “tax grab,” Hudak suggested their mandatory status would be a thing of the past if he’s elected premier this fall.

“These time-of-use, mandatory smart meters are nothing more than another tax grab on the hydro bill,” Hudak said, flanked by veteran Oxford MPP Ernie Hardeman and high-profile London Fanshawe candidate Cheryl Miller.

“A Progressive Conservative government would unplug the mandatory smart meters and give families a choice that works for them.”
