This is allowed if that money supports Canadian companies. These companies must employ Canadian workers and pay Canadian taxes. The tax system already defines Canadian investments. • Conservatives will Introduce a 15% tax cut, allowing you to keep more of your own money.

     — Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre announced a proposal on Monday. He intends to cut the tax rate for the lowest income bracket. This change would save the average family about $1,800 annually.

The Conservatives plan to lower the rate for the bottom income tax bracket from 15 per cent to 12.75 per cent, which the party says would save the average worker about $900.

Poilievre said a Conservative government will pay for the tax cut by cutting waste. It will eliminate bureaucracy and consultants. A rule will be introduced that requires any new spending to be offset by spending cuts of the same size.
